HistoriograFX begins with the historical record.

Each piece grows from research into the people and movements that shaped Black history. We return to the archive to recover stories too often overlooked or left outside the frame. That history is then translated into wearable form.

The garment is not the story. It is the vessel that carries it.

THE CANVAS

Volume 01: The Jazz Age Archive is produced on heavyweight 430 GSM vintage-wash cotton selected for its structure and substantial feel. Its weight gives each piece a presence worthy of the history it carries.

THE IMAGE

Historical portraiture and original artwork are reproduced using Direct-to-Garment printing. This process allows fine details to remain visible while the ink integrates directly with the cotton.

The purpose is not simply decoration. Each composition is designed to preserve the character of its subject and keep the historical narrative at the center.

THE CURATION

Every HistoriograFX piece exists for a reason.

The imagery is researched. The historical context is intentional. Each artifact creates a connection between what came before us and what we choose to carry forward.

These are not history-themed graphic tees.

They are wearable artifacts.

ARCHIVAL NOTICE

Volume 01 is finite. Once an edition closes, it will not be reproduced. When the archive seals, that chapter becomes part of the HistoriograFX record.
